Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bgk333 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bgk333 website, mobile-browser application, and all associated services available at bgk333.net.

By accessing the bgk333 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bgk333 platform and close your account.

bgk333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Platform will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the provisions of those documents.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Restriction

• You have not previously had a bgk333 account closed for Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or bonus abuse.

bgk333 uses technical and procedural measures to prevent access by individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria above. These measures include age verification checks, device fingerprinting to detect duplicate accounts, and periodic KYC (Know Your Customer) document requests. Players who provide false information to circumvent these checks are in material breach of these Terms and will have their accounts closed with immediate effect.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of bgk333 services — including deposits, game play, sports betting, bonus claims, and withdrawals — you must create a single registered account. Account registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Opening, operating, or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different device identifiers, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bgk333 will close all identified duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held within them, including both deposited funds and bonus credits, in accordance with its anti-fraud procedures.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bgk333 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from bgk333 and requesting your password should be reported to [email protected] immediately as a phishing attempt.

You must notify bgk333 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected compromise of your login credentials. bgk333 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification

bgk333 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and a recent mobile banking statement (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) for payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by bgk333 support may result in temporary withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all information held on your bgk333 account is accurate and up to date at all times. If your contact details, payment methods, or other registered information changes, you must update your account settings promptly. bgk333 is not responsible for failed communications or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated account information provided by the player.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bgk333 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bgk333 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (UCB), Visa, Mastercard, BRAC Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are processed in real time upon confirmation from the relevant mobile financial service or bank. bgk333 does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. bgk333 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable prior notice.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing from payment accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. bgk333 targets same-day withdrawal processing for verified accounts on requests submitted before 20:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after this cut-off or on weekends may be processed on the next available business day.

A minimum account balance equivalent to the minimum withdrawal threshold (displayed in your account dashboard) must be maintained before a withdrawal request can be submitted. bgk333 reserves the right to carry out enhanced identity verification before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.

4.3 Responsible Financial Conduct

bgk333 encourages all players to set personal deposit limits within their account settings. These limits are applied immediately upon request and can only be increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period. Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. This feature is provided as part of our responsible gaming commitment and is free of charge.

Section 5

Bonus and Promotions Policy

bgk333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, and to the general provisions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits awarded by bgk333 are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds will be approved. Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus validity window specified; unused bonus credits expire at the end of this window.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. bgk333 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, amend their terms, or disqualify players from bonus programmes where evidence of abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — is detected.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bgk333's bonus system is a material breach of these Terms. Prohibited bonus abuse activities include: creating multiple accounts to claim a single promotion more than once; using bonus funds primarily on low-risk, low-variance betting patterns specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent; coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional structures; and using third-party software or bots to place automated wagers on bonus-funded balances.

Where bonus abuse is identified, bgk333 will void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may close the player's account without prior warning.

5.4 Promotional Changes

bgk333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, extend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Notifications of material changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected players via their registered email address with as much advance notice as is reasonably practicable. Ongoing wagering requirements attached to a bonus already claimed will not be retroactively increased after the bonus has been awarded.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

By using the bgk333 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any item in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and prohibition from future platform access.

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent chargebacks, or any form of financial deception in connection with your bgk333 account.
• Identity Fraud: Registering an account using false personal information, impersonating another person, or submitting forged identity documents during KYC verification.
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one bgk333 account simultaneously or consecutively, regardless of the purpose.
• Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets on sporting events where you possess non-public information that could influence the outcome, or where you have any involvement in the management, coaching, officiating, or playing of the event.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or other automated tools to interact with the bgk333 platform in place of genuine manual user activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Software Exploitation: Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in any bgk333 game, software, or platform component for financial gain.
• Harassment: Using bgk333's live chat, support channels, or any platform communication feature to harass, threaten, or abuse platform staff or other players.
• Money Laundering: Using the bgk333 platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.

bgk333 employs automated monitoring systems and a dedicated compliance team to detect prohibited conduct. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and will disclose account information and transaction records in response to lawful requests from Bangladeshi authorities or international regulatory bodies where legally required.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the bgk333 platform — including but not limited to the bgk333 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, text, graphics, game integrations, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bgk333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bgk333 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any portion of the bgk333 platform or its content without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on bgk333 platform content, game assets, or software components.
• Use the bgk333 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context, including advertising, affiliation, or reselling activities, without an express written licence agreement.
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or use automated tools to extract data from the bgk333 platform for any purpose.
• Frame or mirror the bgk333 platform on any third-party website without written authorisation.

Game content displayed on the bgk333 platform — including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other certified providers — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios. bgk333 operates these titles under valid commercial licensing agreements. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of third-party game content is a violation of both these Terms and the intellectual property rights of the relevant provider.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bgk333 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bgk333 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your voluntary gambling decisions on the platform.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity failures that prevent access to live betting markets or in-progress game sessions.
• Losses attributable to unauthorised account access resulting from the player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Errors in odds or game payouts caused by manifest technical errors, subject to the Platform's right to void affected bets as described below.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking partners).

8.1 Manifest Errors

bgk333 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where a manifest error — such as an incorrectly displayed odds price, a game software malfunction, or a data feed error in live sports markets — has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the player's account balance in full. bgk333 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct manifest errors within 72 hours of occurrence.

8.2 Platform Availability

bgk333 aims to maintain platform availability of 99.5% or above on an annual basis. However, we do not warrant uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses incurred during scheduled maintenance windows (announced in advance via site notice) or emergency downtime required to address security or technical issues.

Section 9

Account Suspension and Termination

bgk333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including without prior notice, where any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Suspicious activity has been detected on the account that may indicate fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• The player has initiated an unjustified chargeback with their payment provider in respect of a bgk333 deposit.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by the compliance team.
• The account appears to belong to a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• bgk333 is required to do so by a lawful order from a competent authority.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their bgk333 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus credits that have not met their wagering requirement) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

As part of our responsible gaming commitment, bgk333 offers voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and are not reversible during the selected exclusion window. Section 10

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the bgk333 platform. bgk333 operates its services in accordance with its operational jurisdiction's regulatory framework.

In the event of a dispute between you and bgk333 regarding these Terms, any transaction, any game outcome, or any platform decision, the following resolution process applies:

1. First Contact — Support: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected]. Include your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction references). The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
2. Escalation — Compliance Review: If your complaint is not resolved at the first contact stage to your satisfaction, you may request escalation to the bgk333 compliance team. Compliance reviews are completed within 14 calendar days and a written determination will be issued to your registered email address.
3. Final Resolution: If the compliance determination does not resolve the matter, bgk333 will cooperate with any independent dispute resolution process available under the applicable regulatory framework. The Platform's determination on all game outcome disputes is final where the relevant RNG certification confirms the recorded result.

bgk333 will make all reasonable efforts to resolve player disputes fairly, transparently, and within the timeframes stated above. We consider player feedback — including formal complaints — to be an important input into continuous platform improvement.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated in January 2026. bgk333 recommends that all players re-read these Terms periodically to remain informed of their current rights and obligations under the platform's operating rules.
